A custom digital portrait costs $29 USD, paid once. No physical print or frame is included.
Preview before payment
Review the watermarked preview before buying. Your download is the same artwork without the watermark. Only pay when you approve the result.
Your download
After payment confirmation, download your PNG artwork from My portraits. Access is available for 90 days from payment. Save a copy on your device. Sign in to your account to access your portraits from another browser. Older recovery-code purchases can be restored or claimed into your account.
Delivery problems
If your file is damaged or we cannot deliver it, contact support@pawmotif.com with your order or Stripe receipt reference. We can arrange replacement delivery or a refund. Do not send card details or your private recovery code.
Your account
We store your name, email, securely hashed password, sessions and portrait records to provide your private library. Contact support to request account deletion. Keep your password safe; automated password-reset emails are not yet available.
Your photographs
We send your uploaded pet photo to our image-generation provider, Kie.ai, to create your portrait. Images are stored privately; temporary signed links allow the provider to read your upload. Stripe handles payment details. Uploaded photos and commissioned portraits are not automatically added to our public gallery. Contact support for questions about your files or to request deletion; deleting a file ends access to it.
